How It Works
When you are ready to seek legal assistance or acquire our services, there are three important steps or phases that follow that you need to be aware of.

Consultation
This phase is the first step in obtaining legal assistance, where the client meets with us to explain the matter, share relevant facts and documents, and outline the outcome they hope to achieve. During this stage, we assess the issue, identify the possible legal options, explain the process, and give an indication of the next steps, costs, and likely challenges.

Strategize
The strategy phase follows the consultation phase and is where we review the facts, identify the strongest legal approach, and decide on the best way forward. During this second stage, we consider the evidence, possible risks involved, timelines, and practical options available to the client. A clear plan is then developed to guide the matter.

Take Action
The action phase is where the agreed legal strategy is put into motion. This may include drafting and sending letters, preparing legal documents, engaging with the other side, collecting evidence, or taking the matter to court if necessary. During this stage, the we actively work to advance the client’s case and move it toward a practical resolution.
